Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

The procedures below are based on the Consumer Protection Code and demonstrate that the relationship between our customers and us must be based on trust.

The products sold in the Dod Alfaiataria online store come with a 90-day guarantee in the event of natural manufacturing faults. We are available to provide guidance on how to use your warranty, through our Customer Service Department.

Any incidents involving exchanges or returns must be reported to our Customer Service Center at contato@dodalalfaiataria.com.br.

Refuse the goods if any of the following occur:

Opened or damaged packaging;
Damaged product;
Product not in accordance with order; and/or
Lack of accessories.
For returns due to regret or withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to 07 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the invoice and all accessories.
Dod Alfaiataria will arrange for the goods to be collected from the place where they were delivered. If all the conditions are met, Dod Alfaiataria will refund the total value of your order.
For returns due to dissatisfaction:

For returns or exchanges for reasons of dissatisfaction, Dod Alfaiataria reserves the right to charge freight costs as well as other costs associated with your return.

For returns of defective products, the following conditions must be met:

In cases where manufacturing defects are found, the customer may request an exchange of the product within the 90 (ninety) day warranty period offered by Dod Alfaiataria.
Products should preferably be returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice and accessories (if the product has any).
The products will be analyzed by Dod Alfaiataria and if it is found that there is no defect in the product, it will be sent back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
If the product meets the above requirements, the amount paid will be refunded according to the payment options below:

Credit cards: your card company will be asked to cancel the charge and the refund will be made within two (2) subsequent invoices.
